Who is eligible? Do I qualify?
- If you work for an embassy or consulate, you are eligible to purchase a Saab at diplomat prices. If you are an honorary consul, you also are eligible to purchase a Saab at diplomat prices.

What discount do I get?
- As our privileged customer we are delighted to offer you a special diplomat discount. For details on prices and current offers, please contact our IDS sales agents or contact Saab IDS directly and one of our specialized IDS staff will promptly respond to your enquiry.

How long will it take from order to delivery?
- Our local specialized sales agents will provide you with cars from stock immediately or order a vehicle to your desired specification, which will take 6-8 weeks for delivery depending on your country of residence.

How will my car be shipped?
- All cars will be shipped to the ordering sales agent with whom you signed the purchase contract.

What documents are needed to qualify?
- An official diplomatic passport confirms your privileged status. In the case of a vice consul, your passport and a letter from the embassy or local authority confirming your status will suffice.

Is it possible to finance or lease my Saab?
- Upon request and subject to personal credit approval, our specialized sales agents will offer you a tailor-made solution for your Saab.

What about servicing my Saab?
- Keeping your vehicle in good condition and providing original Saab parts is important to us. Your specialized sales agent can help you with all required services and accessories after the sale.

Can I have an owner's manual in my own language?
- Upon delivery of your new Saab you will receive an owner's manual in the local language. Upon request, your specialized IDS sales agent can provide you with an owner's manual in the language of your choice either at delivery or at a later point.
