Stateside delivery
Stateside Delivery is available for cars ordered outside North America. On request, Saab can ship your new Saab directly from the plant to any US dealer. Saab pays the cost of ocean freight, marine insurance, port handling and port clearance, we will transport it free of charge to the dealer of your choice. Please look for your preferred US dealer in the drop-down menu.
Factory Delivery — a Swedish Adventure
When you buy a car through our military program you have the possibility, at a Saab negotiated package price, to take delivery of your car at the factory in Trollhättan in Sweden. The program includes:Train to Kiel Boat transfer Kiel-Gothenburg and back Cabin on board and Scandinavian buffet with drinks (both ways) Taxi Transfer Gotheburg-Trollhättan Pick-up of car at Ana dealership in Trollhättan Factory tour (subject to plant hours of operation and current tour capacity) Visit to the Saab museum (home of the very first Saab, experimental vehicles, rally cars from the 1950s and 1960s and Saab Concept cars) Drive home in your new Saab For detailed information about how to participate in the factory delivery program and prices, please talk to your agent when ordering your car.
Home Shipment
The Saab Home Shipment Programme is available to those customers who buy a car with US specifications and have had it delivered in Europe. The service includes the cost of port handling, ocean freight, marine insurance and port brokerage. It is valid for four years from the date of delivery. The service includes the transport to a US Saab dealer (US spec only). When it is time to go home, you simply leave your Saab with one of our authorised drop-off agents who will see to the rest.
