We are currently seeking a motivated, enthusiastic student interested in applying his/her studies into practice as a Program Manager co-op/intern (Spring 2023 (January - April) ) responsible for the overall execution, cost, schedule, and technical performance of ATM’s most complex programs..


Responsibilities and learning opportunities may include:

  • Learning the project management cycle, including execution and review master project cycles and program plans

  • Assisting with the development and execute plans to meet technical requirements, schedule, and contract commitments.

  • Assisting with competitive proposals to win new business

  • Interact daily with a diverse world-wide customer base. A

  • Assisting with program technical writing.

Skills and Experience:

  • Familiarity of key program management concepts and fundamentals is a plus

  • Conceptual understanding of risk and opportunity management is a plus

  • Familiarity with MS Project and Excel

  • Enrollment in an accredited degree program, with a major in engineering, business, related discipline

  • Completion of Sophomore year or greater

In addition to a competitive hourly rate, Saab Inc. offers a sign-on bonus to off-set housing  expenses for Co-ops residing outside the typical office commuting distance.

Citizenship Requirements:

Must be a U.S. citizen, Permanent Resident (green card holder), or protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3).
