Depending on the role, your key responsibilities may include:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Develop and maintain digital workplace strategies, plans, and roadmaps
Implement and support digital workplace solutions and technologies
Conduct research, analysis, and evaluation of digital workplace technologies and best practices
Deliver training and support to end-users
Develop and maintain documentation and communication plans
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply
Your profile
We are looking for people with a big interest in the area digital workplace. We think you have a Bachelor's degree in computer science or in another related field or relevant experience. Depending on the role you are applying to, you should have relevant experience in digital workplace solutions and a strong understanding of digital workplace technologies and trends. You should have strong communication- and teamwork skills and also have good problem-solving- and analytical skills.
We believe that you have an experience in some of the following:
Technologies such as Citrix, VMware, Hyper-V, Ansible, Red Hat, GIT, Github, Active directory, Powershell, cyberark, Hashicorp, Mac OS, cloudpaging, MSI, Silo packaging, SCCM, group policy, conferencing solutions voip, Kubernetes
Project management, requirements gathering, and analysis
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
