Document Control Specialist
Saab, Inc., in Orlando, FL., due to new contract win, has an immediate career opportunity for a dynamic, results-oriented individual as a Documentation Specialist to serve in support of the Training and Simulation Business Area. You will be joining a dynamic team supporting United States Marine Corps and US Army training and simulation programs with a focus on the Live Training Domain. As such you will lead the development, maintenance and delivery of all program CDRLs in conjunction with the Subsystem and functional leads.
Develop and Lead the CDRL creation and delivery efforts for all contractually required CDRLs
Work closely with the Subsystem and functional leads to ensure timely development, review and delivery of all program CDRLs in accordance with contractual requirements
Track and provide status for all program CDRLs and deliverable documents across the program lifecycle
Skills and Experience:
Bachelors Degree or higher in a relevant discipline
Industry certifications in relevant tools highly desired
5+ years serving as Technical Write and document publisher in DoD environment
Experience developing and integrating content from a variety of tools
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively within multi disciplinary team to develop and deliver documents
Experience with a variety of CDRL types
Ability to develop simple graphics desired
