Your role
As Head of Customer Training at Saab Surveillance in Gothenburg, you will lead a dedicated team of trainers who deliver training in radar operation and maintenance to customers worldwide. Our mission is to equip customers with the knowledge and confidence to operate and maintain our systems effectively.
Your key responsibilities include:
Coaching and developing your team on an individual level.
Driving continuous improvements in methods, processes, and course content.
Supporting trainers both on- and off-site to ensure high-quality delivery.
Building and maintaining internal networks to advocate for your team’s needs.
Acting as the team’s spokesperson, representing Customer Training across Saab.
Our trainers are highly self-sufficient, and your role will focus on enabling and empowering them to excel.
Customer Training is one of three groups within the Integrated Logistics Support department (ILS), which supports Surface Sensors Solutions. As part of the ILS management team, you will contribute to a collaborative environment where each member’s experience and strengths help solve challenges across the department.

Experience from defence, security, or other technical sectors
Knowledge of modern pedagogical methods and training practices
Fluency in both Swedish and English is essential, and occasional travel is required.
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
