This role is new in our growing organization and you will lead a large organization consisting of three teams: Procurement, Logistics and Production.

The Head of Supply Chain and Production will:
- Motivate, develop, engage and ensure common direction through leadership and communication together with the 2 managers for the various teams.
- Manage the Supply Chain and Production area in our business through planning, reporting, analysis and budgeting
- Focus on operational excellence, customer value creation and efficient operations.
- Participate in the management team and develop Saab Danmark A/S strategy and actively support the management team in driving initiatives.
- Proactively support our project and service organization both in the early stages regarding alignment of requirements and also in the later stages regarding customer deliveries.
This opportunity requires a leader with both strategic and operational focus. We look for candidates that are team players with proven leadership skills, personal drive who can act as good motivators for our employees.
Your educational background can be either technical and/or commercial. The preferred candidate brings considerable experience from supply chain management and has worked in global organizations with group structure.
We are in a global environment and therefore look for candidates who are good communicators, who like to interact with stakeholders and who speak/write English fluently.
You have a strong business understanding, good planning skills and like to work in a dynamic work environment.
