HR Business Partner, Surveillance

Your role

We are looking for a new colleague to join Business Area Surveillance HR team as a HR Business Partner, We contribute to people excellence to enable business success and you will be a key player in this regard. You will join a great team of HR Business Partners of 16 members.

You will work as a HR Business Partner for our OPEX (Operational Excellence) organization, which consists of functions as Procurement, Operational Development, Business Compliance, Quality Management and Surveillance IT, aprox 200 employees and 23 managers. The business is located on several sites (Göteborg, Järfälla and Huskvarna) so you need to be able to travel frequently.


You will be part of OPEX management team and support the organization primarily our managers in our people processes – attract and development, leadership and culture, performance management, talent management, health and safety, union negotiations, salary review etc. In close cooperation with the business, you are a key person in taking our People strategy from words to action!

As HR Business Partner, we expect you to take on the challenges on the People strategy agenda and:

  • take initiatives, be a communicative and supportive leader

  • know how to drive change

  • have experience in coaching managers in their staff responsibilities

  • be a true team-player who promote co-operation and transparency

  • deliver on target and fulfill commitments

  • have a high degree of personal maturity and integrity, good judgement and high ethics

  • have excellent language skills in both Swedish and English

Your profile

You have relevant academic educational background, good experience from other positions within HR. You are eager to continue to develop and find an employer of choice where you can make a difference. You have a track record of continuous development, and enjoy working close to the business. You are passionate about HR and people development.

Excellent knowledge in Swedish and English language, both verbally and written.

We are a geographically dispersed organization, travelling is part of the job.

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
