Saab, Inc. is seeking a System Administrator – IFS Cloud Service Model who will have responsibility for implementing and supporting IFS Cloud administration functions. The System Administrator will be responsible for IFS administration through application, users, security, configuration, and application-level monitoring.
Saab will be implementing IFS Cloud and the System Administrator will have the opportunity to be a part of the project team, attend the relevant technical training, and be a part of the IFS Cloud implementation from the beginning.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
IFS User creation and maintenance
Configure and maintain IFS Security permissions sets
Configure and maintain IFS Lobbies
Develop customizations including events, custom objects, etc
Monitor background jobs in IFS and report issues
Printer setups in IFS
Request IFS Cloud deliveries, clones, moves, archives and report issues
Manage IFS service updates and release updates
IFS administration tasks for modifications, interfaces, reports + create deliveries
Participate in the IFS Cloud installation project and ongoing development
Compensation Range: $85,000-$106,200
The compensation range provided is a general guideline. When extending an offer, Saab, Inc. considers factors including (but not limited to) the role and associated responsibilities, location, and market and business considerations, as well as the candidate's work experience, key skills, and education/training.
Skills and Experience:
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Management or related discipline
6+ years of related experience with at least 4 of those years working with ERP’s, preferably IFS
Strong analytical and investigative skills
Extensive knowledge of SQL/PLSQL
High levels of accountability, demonstrated initiative and innovation
Flexibility and ability to manage workload and achieve results with minimal supervision
Ability to work effectively in an international project team environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational skills and the ability to perform well under pressure
Must be a U.S. citizen, Permanent Resident (green card holder), or protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3).
