We are rapidly growing our global business and we are looking for new colleagues for our Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Training team.
The ILS Training team at Saab Denmark is responsible for analyzing training requirements, creating training plans and organizing training events internally with the project teams and externally with our customers in the Naval defense industry.
Main focus of our training product is to provide technical advanced maintenance and operator training for our Tacticall Communication systems.
Apart from creating and maintaining the necessary educational material for the courses, our trainers also support other ILS processes with their expertise.
As a trainer, you are required to work with the customers’ needs at heart, in an environment where cooperation and problem solving are necessary traits. You thrive in big groups, and easily maintain a large professional network. You are perceptive and flexible, but have integrity, and always act with Saab’s best interest in mind.
We expect you to have a genuine interest for technology, and the flexibility and intuition to adapt your instructional style to suit a varied audience, using a mixture of theory and practice to give the best results.
The trainer role requires you to easily connect with customers internally and externally, to shape and reshape the training to fit the customers’ need and level of knowledge and to drive innovation regarding training methods and tools. The job requires good English skills and takes you away from home multiple times a year, 1-3 weeks at a time.
Previous practical knowledge of communication systems or radio equipment and similar types of training is meriting.
What you will be a part of
The ILS Training Team develops and delivers solutions for handling and maintaining our communication systems – we support the design, and design the support. Customer training is an important piece of this puzzle.
The ILS Training team is responsible for planning and executing training both at our site in Sønderborg and at the customers’ sites.
We are in a global environment and therefore look for candidates with various backgrounds and experiences. We interact with each other and therefore need good communicators, who like to interact with stakeholders and who speak/write English.
