We are looking to further strengthen our IT Architecture team with focus on IT Security, Infrastructure architecture for smart manufacturing, Industry 4.0 and other roles as needed for our future growth. You will be responsible for creating the IT architecture in exciting projects and will be working together with other highly skilled teams such as IT Architects, Business Analysts, Project Managers.
Your role
In your role as an IT Architect, you will ensure that the IT solutions will be designed and implemented accordingly to regulatory requirements, the business requirements and need for integrations with other IT services. You will make sure that the solutions you design will follow the company wide architectural principles and guidelines and ensure that the solutions we implement creates value for our business.
The main tasks are:
- Analyze demands and requirements
- Design solution and propose suggestions for improvement
- Ensure that demands, rules, laws, processes, standards and policies are followed
- Document solutions
- Present and communicate solutions for various target groups and forums
Your profile
To succeed in the role we believe that you have a broad background within IT service. Your background and competence that you have from IT related services creates an understanding that is relevant to this position. That will help you to handle a wide spectrum of challenges in technical and non-technical areas. Having an ability to switch between the big picture and details will help you in your daily tasks. To communicate and explain different scenarios as comfortably to an IT Technician as well as Project Managers and Executives as needed will be helpful in this role. As a person, you are highly self-motivated and can plan your our own work efficiently. You are also a good team player and therefore you also can work efficiently with our highly skilled team. That will support when needed, but it`s also important that you can act and work freely within your role to solve the challenges that you face. To create business value is of highest importance to you and when you run into issues you are the person to take on the challenge head on rather than find a way to work within your comfort zone. You like to challenge yourself and keep learning. You will work in teams where you are expected to share experiences and help each other. We expect you to be comfortable in several areas within IT Architecture and technologies and think you have already worked closely with business to produce new IT solutions.
If you have experience working with frameworks such as TOGAF and have worked with BPMN, ArchiMate, iServer or UML, it will be beneficial but not required.
Required skills:
- Relevant academic education or experience
- Minimum five years of relevant experience within IT Architecture
- Good communication skills in English, verbal and written
- Ability to create contacts and network with parties from a wide range of skills and expertise
Desired skills:
- Experience from regulatory requirements (FDA, NIST etc)
- Knowledge about ITIL processes
- Experience from architectural frameworks, TOGAF
- Excellent communication skills in Swedish, verbal and written
