Saab is seeking a Lead ERP Application Analyst to help establish and grow our state of the art manufacturing facility in West Lafayette, Indiana where we manufacture the rear section of the T-7A Red Hawk military trainer aircraft for the United States Air Force. The ERP Application Analyst will be responsible for application support the IFS ERP including, troubleshooting and support, training, change work and development of IFS Financial and Manufacturing applications.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide IFS Application support to end users

  • Drive educational efforts and develop educational materials for end users

  • Work with the business to define needs, generate requirements and plan tasks

  • Design, configure, test and document system solutions based on business requirements

  • Test bug fixes and change work

  • Participate in projects and development assignments linked to the IFS Applications

Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management or related discipline

  • At least 7 years of experience in the field or in a related area

  • At least 5 years working with ERP’s, specifically IFS 10 Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Financials

  • Strong analytical and investigative skills

  • High levels of accountability, demonstrated initiative and innovation

  • Flexibility and ability to manage workload and achieve results with minimal supervision

  • Ability to work effectively in an international project team environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good organizational skills and the ability to perform well under pressure

Citizenship Requirements:

Must be a U.S. citizen, Permanent Resident (green card holder), or protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3).
