Saab in West Lafayette, IN is seeking a Lead IFS Solutions Analyst to have overall responsibility for the support of the IFS ERP including leading production support, internal and external ERP support staff, prioritizing projects and measuring performance, budgetary responsibility, and recommending solutions for business requirements/improvement activities. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Oversee support operations and provide timely and efficient delivery of services to IFS ERP users.
Lead ERP staff and make changes as required to maintain operational goals.
Prioritize and deliver initiatives related to the IFS ERP.
Develop, monitor and maintain annual ERP budget.
Plan and manage smaller projects / proofs-of-concepts.
Proactively identify and implement service improvements in operational deliveries.
Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Management or related discipline is required.
8+ years of related experience, with at least 6 of those years working with ERP’s, specifically IFS Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Financials.
Prior experience leading/supervising teams in a related discipline.
Project management experience.
Ability to provide leadership and mentor junior team members.
Ability to interface with business users and effectively translate needs into technology solutions.
High levels of accountability, demonstrated initiative and innovation.
Ability to work effectively in an international project team environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
