Your future role
The role of Learning & Development Coordinator is a new role within Organisational Support, a staff function within Group IT. You will work together with our Learning & Development manager to support the organisation with competence-enhancing activities.
In the process of becoming an even more learning organisation, you will participate in creating training offers and other skills-enhancing activities for SAAB Group IT. As Learning & Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for the Group IT introduction days for our new employees. As it is a new role you will have the opportunity to influence the role, the way of working and have the opportunity to participate in training tasks you want to develop within.
Main Tasks in focus
Administer Group IT's training portfolio
Participate in developing training programs to strengthen employees' skills
Stay up-to-date on future learning techniques to keep Group IT at the forefront of learning and development
Follow up and evaluate learning and development activities
Continuous dialogue with key stakeholders to maintain and develop the training concept
Dialogues with course leaders/instructors for teacher-led or digital courses
Your profile
To meet our expectations in this position, we believe that you have some of the following skills or experiences:
Experience of working with Learning & Development or Competence Development, but mainly a strong passion for continuous learning and that you have an interest in keeping up to date with the latest developments in the field.
You thrive in a company that is in constant motion.
We believe that you enjoy being the spider in the web. You are social and like to be in contact with other people in order to both take in information but also contribute with your knowledge and experience.
Excellent communication skills, which you master both in writing and verbally in Swedish and English.
To succeed in the role, it is important that you like to have structure and order.
Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent work experience within relevant area (Information Technology or related field)
Previous experience in Development and implementation of Digital learning within IT is a merit. We emphasize personal suitability.
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
You will be located in one of our locations in Linköping, Alvik, Järfälla, Göteborg, Huskvarna, Malmö, Karlskoga or Karlskrona.
