Your role
As Manager of Command and Control Systems Design, Integration, and Verification, you will have overall responsibility for leading and developing the team that designs and ensures the functionality of our advanced command and control systems. Responsibility will also include design and delivery responsibility for “System-of-Systems/LSI”
This role combines technical leadership with operational responsibility, where you and your team will deliver robust and innovative solutions for our customers.
As a manager of this group, you will be part of the Command and Control Management Team. You will have your own individual area of responsibility, but you also interact and contribute to the department strategy and goals. The leadership team works closely together and each team member contributes with their individual experiences and strengths.
- Leading and developing the team: Fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance
- Ensuring system design and integration: Delivering seamless, integrated Command and Control solutions that meet customer requirements
- Verification and quality assurance: Overseeing and refining verification processes to ensure systems meet the highest standards
- Driving projects and strategic initiatives: Contributing to the organization’s technical roadmap and long-term planning
- Collaborating with customers and partners: Maintaining close communication with customers to understand their needs and ensuring deliveries exceed expectations
Your profile
We are looking for a leader with a combination of technical expertise and leadership skills. To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Experience with Command and Control systems: Several years of experience in the design, integration, and verification of complex systems
- Leadership experience: A proven track record of leading technical teams successfully, preferably within a development or project-driven organization
- System integration knowledge: Strong understanding of hardware and software integration in advanced systems
- Communication skills: The ability to work effectively with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders at all levels
- Education: A degree in engineering or equivalent experience
Merits:
- Experience in the defense industry or other safety-critical environments
- Knowledge of agile methods and project management
- Experience with international collaborations
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
