Section Manager Procurement Quality
We are expanding our department with a new and challenging role to take responsibility for our supplier quality management section and be an integrated part of the operational work, which previously have been a part of our procurement supply chain section.
As a team leader your skills in leading, coaching and support your own team and cooperation with other areas are very important. Manage and distribute work within the area of responsibility, budget and forecasts for the organization.
Actively playing a key role in the selection of new suppliers to ensure that all new suppliers are quality assured and hold the correct level of certification/standards.
Generate and maintain quality supplier performance/evaluation and measurement criteria in support of these forums.
Cooperating with other functions in quality related matters across the Business Area.
Initiate quality improvement initiatives within Procurement process and relevant supplier product and services.
You communicate well in an international setting, knowledge and experience of working with civil airworthiness requirements, knowledge and experience of working with ISO 9001, EN9100 and ISO 14001. Good level of written and spoken English, knowledge of business practices and legislation, environmental legislation.
Ability to work both independently, in groups and across the organization's boundaries is important and highly valued Experience of working with quality subjects within production and or supplier environment.
You have experience in leading or participating in external and internal audits, and have a Quality mind-set and combine Quality thinking with operational actions and business understanding.
You are well organized, with the ability to make decisions, find flexible solutions and creating engagement.
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
