Job Description:

Saab, Inc. is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented individual as a Senior Business Solutions Analyst ( IT System and Tools Engineer) to serve in support of the Training and Simulation Business Area. You will be joining a dynamic team supporting United States Marine Corps and US Army training and simulation programs with a focus on the Live Training Domain. As such you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and overseeing Production & Subcontract contributions to the program.  Offer contingent upon contract win.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Design and implement a Program Integrated Data environment in support of large DoD Program.

  • Develop Architecture, support tool selection and customization

  • Implement Internal, Customer facing and Partner facing data portals using COTS tools

  • Implement NIST 800-171 standards, processes, protections and controls

  • Manage data exchange between core program environment and 3rd party systems ensuring assured data integrity

  • Implement secure development, program management and engineering tools

  • Lead the user requirements solicitation activity

  • Provide as needed customization of reports, dashboards, risk management and action item tools.

  • Develop and manage Risk Management Framework

Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelors or equivalent in applicable technical field

  • Industry certifications with tools/environments/standards

  • Cybersecurity certification highly desired

  • 5-10 years’ experience in relevant domain

  • Experience operating in NIST 800-171 standards environment

Experience with range of COTS products including:

  • Atlassian Suite of tools or equivalent

  • Oracle

  • DOORS or equivalent

  • COTS CM Tools

  • Experience delivering secure system architecture and achieving ATO for both development and operational systems

  • Experience working with large DoD programs including multiple stakeholder communities
