Do you want to work with all aspects of operational information  and cyber security challenges in mission critical systems for the  global defence market? If you are eager to learn and to develop  your professional and personal skills in an international environment, you might be our new Senior Security Architect. 

Your role

As our new Senior Security Architect, you will be responsible for transforming customer security and IT network requirements into deliverable solutions. You will be the network and security expert in projects and document the solution in close cooperation with other security and system architects, system engineers and project managers. You develop sophisticated concepts that guarantee network security, performance and availability. You will be responsible for the IT network design and support necessary security evaluations and accreditations.

You will also play an important role in developing Saab’s offer within IT network & security and participate in customer meetings as part of a sales or project team. Typical disciplines and tasks for this position:

  • Design of IT network and security concepts
  • Security risk analysis
  • Security architecture modelling
  • Security operational procedures
  • Integration of 3rd party network and security products

Personal qualifications

You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and have a structured and methodical approach to task solving. You enjoy working with technical documentation, and transferring complex information into operational solutions motivates you. You enjoy working in an international environment, and are capable of balancing a holistic view of the project with the detailed view on the specific task.

We expect you to hold a M.Sc. in (network) engineering / computer science or similar and that you have relevant work experience with network security. We expect your willingness to travel (also abroad), flexibility, creativity and dedication to the job, fluent English and German in speaking and writing, additionally skills in the Danish language is a plus.

As a condition of employment, candidates will be required to participate in a background investigation and/or successfully demonstrate eligibility to receive applicable government security clearance(s).
