As a Senior Technical Design Authority (TDA) for operational systems, you will be responsible for one or more units in our self-protection systems currently being used by our customers. In collaboration with other parts of the Engineering department and Production department you will ensure availability, reliability and functionality of the system for our customers. As a TDA for operational products you also have the rare opportunity to interact and work closely with our customers and end users. Since the systems are operational it is difficult to predict what problems will occur which make the role flexible and stimulating.
Your tasks may include:
- Assist out Production personnel when assessing repairs with difficult faults.
- Ensure long term availability through obsolescence monitoring and management.
- Managing stakeholder requirements.
- In collaboration with product management, project management, customers and partners suggest improvements to enhance availability, reliability and functionality of the system.

We believe you have a Master of Science in Engineering; Technical Physics, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering or equivalent. You have 10+ years of experience in working in high technology industry/industries, preferably as a systems engineer with RF or radar as your expertise.
Since we have colleagues, customers and partners world-wide excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, verbal and written, are required.
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship will apply.
