Job Description:
Saab is looking for a Training Professional to support growing Army Live Combat Training efforts.
As the Senior Technical Training Professional, you will support field delivery of training via our Training As A Service model, as well as routine training events in support of USMC and other services.
Responsibilities will include:
Supporting Exercise delivery, including but not limited to:
Equipment issue/deissue
Support to data collection and analysis
Identification of key learning points and collaboration with end-user training leadership
Development and support to delivery of After Action Review
Development and implementation of Exercise injects in support of MESL
Liaison with end-user command elements for initial, mid and final planning conferences, delivery of confirmation brief.
Initial stakeholder engagement during the development of training delivery events
Coordination with Program Management and Logistics team leads to determine equipment, logistic and personnel requirements
Compensation Range: $75,800-$94,800
The compensation range provided is a general guideline. When extending an offer, Saab, Inc. considers factors including (but not limited to) the role and associated responsibilities, location, and market and business considerations, as well as the candidate's work experience, key skills, and education/training.
Skills and Experience:
Understanding of the Army training process for individual and collective training
Experience with Force Transformation/Modernization efforts, including evaluating and applying new training technologies, evaluating and determining how to effectively deliver training for new and emerging weapons systems, command and control technologies and battlefield operating systems.
Experience with the USMC and/or Special Forces is a definite advantage
Experience in delivering training at the Squad through Company/Battalion level for the US Army
Must be able to travel to support training events across CONUS and OCONUS
