The CRM service management team (CRM, Customer Relationship Management) is a cross functional team that has end-to-end responsibility and strives for an optimized way of working for continued improvements in our service delivery.
As a Technical engineer CRM, you will have an important role in both technical management and development of the Saab CRM solution.
The role includes technical management, access, infrastructure, network, operation, integrations, security, specifications, deployment, test and release as well as change and configuration management, technical support and system administration of Saab CRM solution based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power BI, that is used across all Saab’s business areas and countries.
Based on your skills, you will be involved in IT projects for the introduction of new functions and parts of the solution, as well as the support and service management team with the task of ensuring that the application runs with maintained system and information security.
You have a belief and conviction that efficient processes and the right use of modern tools can really make a difference and make IT a true business enabler for a large organization.

Required skills and experience to be successful in this role:
- strong technical understanding and working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (cloud & on premise) or similar CRM applications.
- excellent communication skills in speaking and writing (Swedish and English).
- proven experience in a technical management role.
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- excellent technical understanding of IT infrastructure.
- excellent understanding and awareness of information security and how this is applied in operational environments.
- experience with Active Directory, Windows Server, SQL Server, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft SharePoint, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Jira.
- agile ways of working in project and teams.
- ability to work team oriented as well as independent.
- experience working within a service and application support team.
- experience with software development, deployment, test and release management.
- good understanding of functions, tools and processes in an IT organization.
