Your role
Do you want to help us improve the quality for some of the worlds most advanced systems? We are now looking for multiple skilled engineers, with a passion for test and test infrastructure, to create a lean production!
As a test maintenance engineer you will be working with projects within production where focus will be on maintenance and processes. Here, you will have overall maintenance responsibility for test equipment in production and operative and strategic responsibility for developing technology, methodology and competence in new and existing maintenance processes.
In your role responsibilities include coordination and execution of:
- Development of platform and working methods for preventive maintenance
- Carry out the test maintenance work together with production staff.
- Carry out maintenance technical activities when implementing new and rebuilding production equipment.
- Write maintenance documentation for new and older equipment.
- Continuously review the safety of test equipment and highlight any deficiencies.
- Contact person for equipment suppliers and ensures that service agreements are signed when necessary.
- Produce different types of decision material and reports in the short and long term, perform and conduct risk inventories
- Collaborate in projects where new equipment is to be implemented in production.
- Handling of deviations / errors in the NCR process regarding test equipment.
- Strategic planning for the introduction of new test equipment
Your profile
As a person, you are positive, driven, engaged, structured, you are reliable and have a proactive way of working. You should be able to handle multiple projects. Have an understanding of cost drivers in test and keen on driving initiatives that will reduce test life cycle costs. You get your motivation from working together with highly skilled team members and colleagues, in an international business environment, with high tech challenges!
Required skills:
- A Master’s or Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent work experience
- At least one year experience of Software-, Hardware-, or System- development.
- At least one year experience from working with requirements, design and implementation
- Are fluent in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
Desired skills:
- Experience from the test domain.
- Experience from automated testing.
- Experience within the microwave domain.
- Experience from working with measurement technique (e.g. Network Analysers, Signal Generators, Spectrum Analysers, Digital I/O).
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply
