Training Operations Manager

Saab, Inc has an exciting opportunity for an experienced, motivated Training Operations Manager to support the FoFTS-Next program. This position is responsible for leading all day-to-day operations and implementation of the FoFTS-Next training.
The United States Marine Corps (USMC) Force-on-Force Training Systems-Next (FoFTS-Next) program will provide the training tools needed to prepare Marines for any contingency, anywhere.
Responsibilities Include:
Integration of all elements of training support efforts into the program
Responsible for Synchronization of all Site Lead activities at four locations, CONUS and OCONUS, allocation and deconfliction of resources, priorities and activities across all aspects of the program
Ensures that training materials and programs are current, accurate, and effective to provide objective measurement of core warfighting competencies
Project manages all phases of training delivery and implementation through collaboration with Saab PMO, Site Leads, vendors, SMEs, and stakeholders as needed
Liaises with Engineering Support in Sweden
Skills and Experience:
10+ years in Training Operations and a MA/MS degree
Experience in fielding and supporting Combat Training Centers
Knowledge of Product Life cycle management
Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build effective working relationships is a must
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Prefer certified PMP or 5+ years Program Management experience with 7500+ project hrs
Have a working knowledge of the Marine Corps and Joint Planning Process
Proficient in computer applications such as Windows and MS Office
Expected to perform independently and exercise good judgment
Must hold or be able to obtain U.S. DoD SECRET security clearance
Desired Skills:
USMC Battalion command or equivalent
Attended Professional Military Education appropriate to rank at time of separation or retirement from the uniformed service
Citizenship Requirements:
Must be a U.S. citizen. Applicants selected may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
