Powerful Combat Capability
Situational awareness is everything. Being able to quickly interpret and act on complex information in combat situations can mean the difference between success and failure. AusCMS equips crews to detect threats, make rapid tactical decisions and successfully engage the enemy and protect key assets- significantly enhancing survival and mission success.
AusCMS serves as the sophisticated brain of the modern warship, integrating sensor data and providing operators with access to complex information that enhances operational effectiveness.
AusCMS, a part of the 9LV product family, benefits from Saab’s ongoing global experience with systems integration. At the same time, it is entirely unique in that it has been designed and developed in Australia over three decades to suit the needs and missions of the Royal Australian Navy (RAN).
With the rapid evolution of maritime warfare, AusCMS delivers proven and agile combat capability for both crewed and optionally crewed vessels.
With global responsibility for AusCMS design and development based in-country, the system is able to be precisely tailored for different ships and missions at any time. The open architecture design of the AusCMS allows for continuous updates and upgrades, ensuring the system remains at the cutting edge of combat management system technology.
