Your role
We are looking for an Assistant who will contribute to our future success!
Business Unit Airborne Early Warning is responsible all the business regarding Airborne Early Warning systems such as Global Eye and to develop the Mission System with ERIEYE as core component. The business is including both systems sales and support business. The unit will have around 700 employees, both in Sweden and internationally.
You will be part of the BU Management team and work close to the BU manager. Together with the BU manager you plan, structure, follow up the management meetings. You prepare material and coordinate other meetings when needed, work with travel planning, handle and prepare customer visits.
The role also includes to lead the assistant network across the BU. You also spread information to the unit and support the personnel with administrative work. There will also be opportunities to influence the job description depending on your skills and interests.
Your profile
To succeed in this role, you need to cooperate and create good work relations. You also have the ability to work independently, prioritize and take own decisions and you are a person who have a structured, and an efficient way of working.
You need to be able to speak and write English fluently and to be service minded comes natural to you. You also need some kind of appropriate professional or postgraduate qualification.
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
