As Associate Project Manager, you will interact with experts, System Engineers and Project Managers. You will act as project associate in major customer projects and support our senior project managers. You will play a key role in evaluating the project´s progress, supporting colleagues and protect the company´s interests.
Your daily tasks and areas of responsibility:
- Monitor and document the project´s progress according to the agreed project plans. This includes updating milestone plans, responsibility assignment matrix, work breakdown etc.
- Coordinate project activities e.g. organize and prepare project meetings.
- Support the project managers in the management of the project team.
- Manage the project members and allocate them according to the resource allocation.
- Prepare reports and presentation material for steering group meetings.
- Track and monitor purchase orders, and process invoices from subcontractors and suppliers.
