Saab, Inc., is currently looking for Spring (January - May 2026) and Summer (May-August) 2026 Program Manager Co-Op. We are currently seeking a motivated, enthusiastic student interested in applying their studies into practice as a Program Manager co-op/intern responsible for the overall execution, cost, schedule, and technical performance of ATM’s most complex programs. 


Responsibilities and learning opportunities may include:

  • Learn the project management cycle, including execution and review master project cycles and program plans

  • Assist with the development and execute plans to meet technical requirements, schedule, and contract commitments

  • Assist with competitive proposals to win new business

  • Interact daily with a diverse world-wide customer base

  • Assist with program technical writing.

Compensation Range: $18-$20/hr
In addition to a competitive hourly rate, Saab Inc. offers a sign-on bonus to off-set housing expenses for Co-Ops residing outside the typical office commuting distance.

The compensation range provided is a general guideline. When extending an offer, Saab, Inc. considers factors including (but not limited to) the role and associated responsibilities, location, and market and business considerations, as well as the candidate's work experience, key skills, and education/training.

Skills and Experience:

  • Familiarity of key program management concepts and fundamentals is a plus

  • Conceptual understanding of risk and opportunity management is a plus

  • Familiarity with MS Project and Excel

  • Enrollment in an accredited degree program, with a major in engineering, business, program management or related fields.

Citizenship Requirements:

Must be a U.S. citizen, Permanent Resident (green card holder), or protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3).
