Job Description:
Saab, Inc.’s Program Execution organization is seeking a motivated, enthusiastic student interested in applying their studies into practice as a full-time Program Execution Co-op/Intern (Summer 2026) responsible for supporting the overall execution, cost, schedule, and technical performance of complex programs and product lines in across our Surveillance, Land Systems, and Autonomous Underwater Systems divisions. This position will be located in our East Syracuse, NY or Quincy, MA office.
Responsibilities and learning opportunities may include:
Learning the project management cycle, including execution and review master project cycles and program plans
Assisting with the development and execution of plans to meet technical requirements, schedule, and contract commitments
Assisting with process documentation and updates
Assisting with data analytics and business intelligence dashboard updates
Interacting with colleagues across Saab Inc. to develop project management approaches.
Supporting program reviews and internal process gate reviews

Compensation Range: $18-$20/hr
In addition to a competitive hourly rate, Saab Inc. offers a sign-on bonus to off-set housing expenses for Co-Ops residing outside the typical office commuting distance.
The compensation range provided is a general guideline. When extending an offer, Saab, Inc. considers factors including (but not limited to) the role and associated responsibilities, location, and market and business considerations, as well as the candidate's work experience, key skills, and education/training.
Skills and Experience:
Enrollment in an accredited degree program at the BS/MS level or beyond.Familiarity of key program management concepts and fundamentals is a plus
Conceptual understanding of risk and opportunity management is a plus
Understanding of or experience working with Earned Value Management
Familiarity with MS Project and Excel
