Your role
Saab Group Security is looking for a Country Security Manager for a high-risk country.
As Country Security Manager at Group Security, you will work in an international environment where advanced security threats are part of everyday business alongside complex business environments and projects with high business impact.
Your responsibility will be to manage security in all domains including supporting, analyzing, and setting requirements regarding compliance against internal- and external regulations. You will be a key stakeholder for Saab travel within your area of responsibilities and coordinate all security work for this.
You will report to the Deputy Chief Security Officer at Saab. Your primary location is to be decided; you will have to be able to attend meetings in Stockholm and other locations in Sweden frequently and sometime on short notice.
Your main tasks will be:
- Security in all aspects of information-, personnel- and physical security
- Lead and coordinate Saab security for travel in the region
- Risk management, including risk assessments
- Incident- and crisis management
- Compliance management
- Teaching, training and presentations
- Liaison with internal and external parties
Your profile
To be successful in this role, you bring
- Experience working in or with to high-risk environments
- Experience of developing risk mitigating actions and protocols
- Experience of producing SOP or other steering documents
- Willingness and ability to travel, both to high-risk environments and within Sweden, sometimes on short notice
- Good communication skills in Swedish and English, verbal and written
Desired skills:
- Experience from working in a global company including understanding of security related issues in the business process and/or in an international context for government authorities
- Experience of building and maintaining networks and relations inside as well as outside your own organization

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
