Your role
Business Area (BA) Aeronautics is strengthening its work to promote business ethics and compliance and is now looking for an additional Ethics and Compliance Officer.
Aeronautics’ Ethics and Compliance Officers are responsible for the proper and effective implementation of Saab’s ethics and compliance program within all parts of the organization. The work will be conducted in close cooperation with Group Ethics and Compliance.
You will liaise with all parts of Aeronautics as well as with colleagues in other BAs and relevant Group Functions.
As Ethics and Compliance Officer your main tasks are:
- Assess BA operations for corruption risks.
- Lead and monitor the implementation in the BA of relevant group policies and procedures and, where relevant, supplementing local rules and processes.
- Co-ordinate and support BA responsibilities under the business partner on-boarding process.
- Be a channel for raising ethics and compliance dilemma or concerns.
- Conduct and assist with the rollout of ethics and compliance training in the BA organization.
- Provide daily supportive leadership, guidance and advice to the BA organization regarding ethics and compliance issues.
- Identify needs and priorities for the continuous development of Saab’s ethics and compliance program.
You will be a reinforcement of Aeronautics’ current ethics and compliance staff comprising two Ethics and Compliance Officers. The function is organized under the Deputy Head of Aeronautics/Chief Operations Officer.
Location: The role is based at Aeronautics’ Tannefors site in Linköping, Sweden, and involves both domestic and international travel.

Essential skills and experience:
- Background in compliance, legal, marketing, sales or procurement
- Strong understanding of corruption risks and compliance matters
- Experience of working in an international business environment
- Experience in negotiating and managing contracts, as well as engaging with business partners in an international environment
- Comfortable facilitating workshops and training sessions
- Excellent command of Swedish and English, both written and spoken
- Experience in risk analysis, regulatory compliance, Due Diligence, Anti-Money Laundering (meritorious)
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
