We are looking for an experienced Market and Product Coordinator to support the documentation and presentation of Saab’s Air Traffic Management product portfolio in line with market needs, and contribute to marketing activities that promote our products, services and brand.
Your Role
You will support the Product Team, as well as the Sales and Marketing Team, in planning, coordinating and executing a wide range of product and marketing activities. The role includes administrative support, content creation, campaign coordination, market research, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Your responsibilities include:
Content and Communications
- Create and update product content and sales material for websites, newsletters, brochures, and social media platforms
- Assist in proofreading and updating product and marketing materials
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels
- Support email marketing campaigns and customer communications
- Assist with organizing trade shows, exhibitions, customer events and promotional activities
- Coordinate event logistics, materials and vendor communications
Marketing and Product support
- Support the development and execution of product and marketing activities and campaigns
- Support the preparation of reports and promotional materials
- Coordinate marketing activities and ensure they are delivered on time
- Maintain product and marketing plans, calendars and databases
- Conduct research on product and market trends, competitors, and customer preferences
- Collect and analyse marketing data to evaluate campaign effectiveness
- Prepare reports and recommendations based on research findings
This position can be located either in Gothenburg or Växjö. Occasional international travel is required as part of the role.
Your Profile
You are a commercially minded professional who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and supporting a wide range of product and marketing activities. With strong communication, organisational and time management skills, you are able to coordinate multiple activities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Required experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Previous experience in marketing, administration, or customer support
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital marketing tools
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems
- Fluent in English, written and spoken, and very good understanding of international cultural considerations
Experience working with complex products and technologies in infrastructure, defence, aerospace or other highly regulated industries will be highly regarded, as will experience with international customers and complex commercial arrangements.
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
