Job Description:

Saab, Inc. is seeking a highly accomplished and experienced Principal Program Manager to support its expanding Training and Simulation business in Orlando Florida.

As the Principal Program Manager, you will have demonstrable track record in delivering highly complex, multi-year programs within the DoD environment.

Responsibilities include supporting the expansion of Saab Inc. Training & Simulation by:

  • Focusing on key program delivery, continuous process improvement and all aspects of the day-to-day business operations across a diverse, multi-disciplinary team based in Orlando and at remote CONUS operating hubs across the United States.

  • Serving as Special Projects Officer within Training and Simulation and Ground Combat domains to support key initiatives as required.

  • Deliver in accordance to commitments on cost, schedule and technical performance

  • Coordinate and manage complex Integrated Product Teams  including organic personnel, subcontractors and vendors

  • Customer coordination and communications

Skills and Experience:

  • Master's in Business administration or equivalent

  • Level III Program Management and/or contracting certificates.

  • 20+ years of experience as Program Manager on multiple complex programs with increasing responsibility and authority, ideally culminating in a government executive-level position

  • Experience in strategic leadership, process improvement and management innovation required

  • Desired experience operating at high levels of DoD Program management and oversight

  • DCMA, DoD budget process and oversight and Stakeholder Mangement experience desired

Citizenship Requirements:

Must be a U.S. citizen. Applicants selected may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
