Job Description:

Saab, Inc. is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented individual as a Principle Program Manager to serve in support of the Training and Simulation Business Area. You will be joining a dynamic team supporting United States Marine Corps and US Army training and simulation programs with a focus on the Live Training Domain.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead the delivery of complex programs in DoD acquisition environment
  • Build and manage large cross functional program teams in support of program objectives
  • Deliver in accordance to commitments on cost, schedule and technical performance
  • Coordinate and manage complex Integrated Product Teams  including organic personnel, subcontractors and vendors
  • Customer coordination and communications

Skills and Experience:

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum of 20 years of increasing responsibility specific to Program management and Integration of Modelling & Simulation systems across the Live, Virtual and Constructive domains

  • Experience leading large teams (10+ FTE) in delivering Training Software systems in a fixed price environment

  • Significant experience in managing and coordinating complex field deliveries and installation efforts in the Live or Virtual domains
