Job Description:
Saab, Inc. is seeking a seasoned IT professional to join our growing team. This role is responsible for maintaining a robust knowledge base, optimizing support workflows, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction. This hands-on position requires a strong technical foundation and a customer-centric mindset. The successful candidate will support local IT operations while also contributing to enterprise-wide IT support initiatives for employees and contractors across Saab.
Responsibilities include:
Delivering advanced technical support in an enterprise IT environment, resolving complex issues across client infrastructure and network systems, including TCP/IP, routing, and VPN.
Deploying, configuring, and supporting Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Intune, OneDrive for Business, Teams, SharePoint Online, Defender, and Windows Autopilot.
Implementing and managing device compliance policies, configuration profiles, and application deployments.
Enforcing security policies, compliance standards, and data governance across Microsoft 365 and endpoint environments.
Automating routine administrative tasks using PowerShell and other tools to improve operational efficiency.
Collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Microsoft 365 technical solutions.
Identifying opportunities for process improvement and driving enhancements to collaboration and IT support capabilities.
Configuring and troubleshooting Windows-based systems and Active Directory environments.
Recommending, implementing, and maintaining hardware and software solutions aligned with organizational needs.
Providing training and support to end users and IT teams on the effective use of Microsoft 365 tools.
Communicating technical concepts clearly to technical and nontechnical audiences.
Participate in an on-call rotation and support occasional overnight travel (up to 10% per year).
Compensation Range: $70,200 - $87,800

Skills and Experience:
Required Qualifications:
Associate’s degree (information technology, computer science, or a related field) with 7+ years of experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience, or a Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience.
3+ years deploying and managing Microsoft 365 services, including Intune, Defender, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive, within a GCC High environment.
Strong background in Windows system administration, including Active Directory and enterprise-level troubleshooting.
Solid understanding of networking and security concepts, including DNS, Entra ID (Azure AD), conditional access, single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), data loss prevention (DLP), identity and access management (IAM), certificates, firewalls, and proxies.
Proven ability to lead and execute technical projects while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Excellent organizational, time management, and customer service skills.
