Your role
As a Software Developer you will be part of our SAFE Core Team. You will contribute to developing and maintaining our cutting-edge integration platform, SAFE—a control room solution used for surveillance and dispatch by police, rescue, and security services.
You will work in a diverse, international team of 6–10 developers, configurators, testers, and a project manager, collaborating closely with customers and internal platform teams. The team operates in an Agile environment with a strong focus on quality, and works closely with customers across the UK, Sweden, and occasionally the US. This role may involve some travel within Europe.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Collaborate with the team and customers to understand operational needs and translate them into system implementations in C#
- Design, develop, and improve solutions within the SAFE platform
- Perform testing to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability
- Contribute to Agile development practices, always with a focus on quality and continuous improvement

Required experience:
- Relevant academic background in IT
- Strong requirement analysis skills
- Logical and problem-solving mindset
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
