Debenture loan oversubscribed The debenture loan to employees of the Saab Group has been oversubscribed. A preliminary estimate showed that by the closing date, debenture applications totalling SEK 316 million had been received, an oversubscription of SEK 62 million. Forty-eight percent of the Group's 8,000 employees submitted applications. After a decision at the Extraordinary General Meeting in September, the debenture loan will be at most SEK 254 million and run from December 4, 1998 to July 30, 2004. The conversion rate has been set at SEK 91. The issue is expected to lead to a dilution of 2.55 percent of the share capital and 1.67 percent of the number of votes.
