Celsius Test Systems acquire test operation from Ericsson Ericsson Telecom is transferring operations for maintenance and further development of test systems to Celsius Test Systems. The test systems are used for the manufacturing and repair of products, which are made by Ericsson Telecom. The transfer of an operation of this nature is entirely in line with Ericsson's strategy to focus on its core business. There are currently five personnel who are involved in the operation and they will all join Celsius Test Systems with the transfer of the business. th The transfer took effect on 15 November 2000. Celsius Test Systems will supply the services to Ericsson Telecom on a contract basis. At the same time the deal will provide the opportunity to increase commitment to test solutions for the manufacture and repair of Ericsson's products.
