Combitech Systems acquires Celsius Consultants Combitech Systems is strengthening its position as a competence leader in technical real time systems by taking over the personnel and order backlog of Celsius Consultants. The acquisition means that Combitech Systems takes over all ongoing commissions and that all consultants (numbering about ten) in Celsius Consultants will be offered continued employment. "The acquisition fits in well with our current expansion. The personnel from Celsius Consultants will reinforce our operations in Linköping, Gothenburg and Stockholm. We are also broadening our market through new operations in Karlskoga and Örebro", states Christer Hoberg, President of Combitech Systems. Celsius Consultants is active in consultancy for technical system and software development. The Mikroteknikcentrum operation that was earlier organized under Celsius Consultants lies outside the scope of the purchase. The transaction is part of Saab's acquisition of Celsius in which Combitech Systems already has the role of the group's spearhead company in technical real time systems and integrated systems. As a result, Combitech Systems will be establishing a new office in Örebro, a region which opens up new potentials in support and training for companies with advanced technical development.
