AerotechTelub acquires VMS Service bureau AerotechTelub acquires the VMS Service bureau in Vällingby with 10 employees. The employees are offered employment in AerotechTelub and the operations will continue in Vällingby. The acquisition means that AerotechTelub can offer the customers a more comprehensive range of services as well as a broader and more qualified development resource for the handling of drawings. The customers are primarily within the Swedish defence as well as government departments and authorities such as the Swedish National Rail Administration and the Swedish National Road Administration. - Our resources and VMS's resources supplement each other very well. We have known each other for a long time and we will now be able to offer our customers very competitive services, says Bo Petersson, Division Manager at AerotechTelub. - I regard this deal as the best alternative for developing the operations. In the long term, VMS was too small to keep pace with the technical development on its own. Selling to a large company that we know well, with extensive resources and a decentralized organization feels very good.
