Saab AB acquires whole of Combitech Systems AB Saab AB is acquiring Enea Data AB's shareholding in Combitech Systems AB for SEK 87.5 million, as well as an additional purchase sum based on future growth in value. Saab and Enea are in agreement that a strong owner is the best solution for generating future value growth in the company. Since it was established in 1992, Combitech Systems AB has been jointly owned by Saab (65%) and Enea (35%). Combitech Systems is a leading knowledge-based development company possessing leading-edge expertise in the field of technical real-time systems. The company offers consultancy services within advanced systems and software development, electronics design, business development and training. Combitech Systems has around 300 employees and achieved a turnover of SEK 262 million in the 2001 financial year.
