Meet Saab CEO Åke Svensson at Paris Air Show
During the Paris Air Show 2005, Saab is delighted to invite you to a Press Conference with Saab CEO Åke Svensson on Tuesday 14 June at 10.00 hrs.
In addition to a general update of Saab, Mr. Åke Svensson will inform about the Saab participation in the European UCAV program Neuron, and also provide the latest status regarding Saab’s South African expansion with Grintek. Following Mr. Svensson, at 11.00 hrs, the Swedish State Secretary for the Ministry of Industry, Employment and Communications, Mr. Sven-Erik Söder will hold a Press Conference concerning the importance of a Swedish aerospace industry that represents market growth and technological development. The Government of Sweden has formulated a strategy for the aerospace industry development. Later on at 15.30 hrs Saab Aerosystems will have a general update about the Saab UAV programs. Beside these main events Saab also presents two additional press briefings. On Monday 13 June at 10.00 hrs, the Managing Director of Gripen International, Mr. Johan Lehander will present a general market update of the Gripen program. On Wednesday 15 June at 10.00 hrs, the President of Saab Aircraft Leasing, Mr. Michael Magnusson will provide a market update for the Saab 340 and Saab 2000 and also present information regarding turboprop/regional jet trends in general.
