Saab sells Celsius Fastighets AB
In selling its shares in Celsius Fastighets AB, Saab has sold the Hamnen 21:149 property in Malmö, Sweden, to Peab. The property encompasses the original inner Kockums area of Malmö. The deal has no impact on Saab’s financial results.
”We consider Peab a suitable buyer of the property, and the sale entails further refinement of Saab’s operation,” says Saab Executive Vice President Jan Nygren.
