Saabs new President and CEO Håkan Buskhe takes office 1 September

Håkan Buskhe takes up his position as President and CEO of the defence and security company Saab on 1 September.

The board of Saab appointed Håkan Buskhe as new President and CEO on 26 April. As previously announced, current President and CEO Åke Svensson will leave Saab on 1 September to become President of the Association of Swedish Engineering Industries. The information is that which Saab AB is required to declare by the Securities Business Act and/or the Financial instruments Trading Act. The information was submitted for publication on 17 May at 10.45.

Saab implements share split and decides on record date

The Annual General Meeting of Saab resolved today on a share split whereupon each share, regardless of series, is divided into four shares of the same series. The Board has now decided that the record date for the share split will be May 8, 2024.
