Changes in Saab’s Group Management

Sebastian Carlsson leaves the role as Head of Group Communication and Saab’s Group Management to take on the role as Deputy CEO of Combitech.

The changes to Saab’s Group Management will take effect on 1 January 2022.

“Sebastian has made a strong contribution to Saab's development over several years, strengthening our brand on the global market. I am glad that he will continue to contribute to the group, now in a business role at Combitech,” says Micael Johansson, President and CEO of Saab.

“We have a good market position with further potential to grow. With his solid experience of positioning business and broad network, Sebastian Carlsson will drive a number of strategic areas within Combitech,” says Jessica Öberg, CEO of Combitech.

I am looking forward to supporting further profitable growth for the business,” says Sebastian Carlsson, who takes on the role as Deputy CEO of Combitech on 1 January 2022.
 

Recruitment of a replacement has begun. Pär Henriksson, currently Deputy Head of Group Communication, will be Acting Head of Group Communication until the recruitment process is finalised. Pär Henriksson will be an adjunct member of Saab's Group Management during this period.
