DX Korea is a forum for the defence industry across the land sector for both the Republic of Korea and the global market. Saab maintains a significant presence in South Korea and at DX Korea we will highlight more opportunities to work together for the safety and security of the Korean people. This year Saab is concentrating on its superior capabilities in multi-domain sensors and advanced ground combat systems.

“We are very excited to participate at DX Korea 2022. Saab’s presence in the Republic of Korea stretches back many years with proven operational availability and performance with Arthur weapon locating systems and various equipment for the Korean Navy. Saab has created jobs, transferred technology and has been a true partner in South Korea’s defence and security and we look forward to further improving this cooperation with the country,” says Henrik Lönn, President, Saab International Technologies Korea.

At DX Korea 2022 Saab will exhibit products and solutions from our unrivalled portfolio with an eye on key national priorities. This will include:

Advanced Radar Systems. Since 2009, the Republic of Korea Army and Marine Corps have protected the nation with Saab’s Arthur mobile weapon locating radar systems. Saab’s advanced radar family is constantly evolving to incorporate the very latest AESA technology for multiple applications, such as Giraffe 1X and Giraffe 4A radar systems.

Airborne Early Warning & Control. GlobalEye is Saab's latest addition to the airborne surveillance arena, with a unique sensor suite ensuring increased early warning against the most demanding types of threats. A solution capable of simultaneous detection of objects accross domains (air, sea, land), GlobalEye maximises situational awareness and provides optimal decision support.

Ground Combat Systems. Carl-Gustaf® M4, AT4 and NLAW systems are the global benchmarks for lightweight infantry firepower. They are constantly evolving to defeat new threats and keep your soldiers one step ahead.

Countermeasures Dispenser System. BOL – this electromechanical dispenser is an intelligent system solution to counter RF and IR threats that can be installed into missile launchers, conformal housings, pylons, fuselage or external pods.

Saab welcomes visitors during DX Korea, on Stand 8C-41 in Hall 8, KINTEX II Exhibition Centre. Strict safe-distancing measures and infection control measures will be implemented at all times.
