Your role
In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders at the forefront of our digital transformation within Group Digitalisation. You will be a trusted partner in daily operations, ensuring smooth coordination and effective communication.
Your responsibilities will, amongst other things, include:
- Handle the logistics and infrastructure that support senior leaders’ daily work and long-term planning.
- Manage administrative tasks including mailboxes, documentation, and telephone correspondence, as well as organising travel, calendars, travel expenses, and related administration.
- Organise and facilitate workshops, presentations, and other forums, including sending invitations, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and providing proactive suggestions to improve effectiveness.
- Develop and create content for communication channels, intranet, and meetings to support the ongoing digitalisation change journey.
- Maintain and enhance structures for internal ways of working within Group Digitalisation to ensure efficiency and clarity.
Travels will occur in this role.
Your profile
- Over 5+ years of experience in roles such as Assistant, Team Coordinator, or Business Operations, ideally in a high-growth or international environment.
- Strong skills in calendar management, event coordination, travel planning, and documentation, with excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
- Experience in budget and expense management, with familiarity in Agresso or similar financial systems considered a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in both Swedish and English, and confident handling sensitive or high-stakes communication.
- Proactive and solution-oriented, taking initiative before issues arise and taking full ownership of responsibilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for structure, ensuring processes are faster, smoother, and clearer.
- High discretion and maturity, able to navigate diverse stakeholders and build trust.
- A genuine desire to support others and strengthen the team, taking pride in work behind the scenes.
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
