Your role
Join our Solution Team as a BI Developer and turn complex business questions into clear, actionable insights. You will collaborate with stakeholders across functions, design robust data models, and deliver trusted dashboards and reports that drive decisions. This role suits a results-focused professional who bridges business needs with modern data practices in a secure, mission-driven domain.
What you’ll do
Partner with business stakeholders to translate objectives into data and reporting solutions
Design, implement, and maintain scalable data models in our data warehouse
Build, operate, and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines to ensure reliable, timely data
Develop intuitive dashboards and self-service reports that surface the right KPIs
Write performant SQL and conduct deep-dive analyses to answer ad‑hoc questions
Ensure data quality, lineage, documentation, and governance across the BI stack
Manage and tune databases; contribute to standards for schema, indexing, and performance
Automate recurring data tasks using scripting languages
Collaborate closely with engineering and domain experts to deliver end-to-end BI solutions
Share best practices and mentor colleagues on data visualization and storytelling
Your profile
We’re seeking a motivated and committed individual, who are outcome-oriented with a strong business mindset and a senior communication style. Someone who thrives in a hybrid, multi-site collaboration environment within a defence context.
We believe you have:
3–5 years of experience as a BI Developer/Analytics Engineer or similar
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent experience
Strong SQL skills and solid grasp of data modeling and warehousing concepts
Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT processes and data pipeline tooling
Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g. Qlik Sense, PowerBI )
Experience with database management and performance optimization
Comfortable with scripting languages (e.g., Python, R, or similar) for automation
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
