Your role
We are looking for a structured and proactive Business Assistant to support our Programme Management teams and play a key role in our continued success. In this role, you will be part of the customer programme teams, enabling our Programme Managers to focus on delivering to our customers, while you secure the administrative backbone of the teams and the organisation.
In this role, you will
Plan, structure and prepare meetings, including agendas, material and documentation
Ensure effective follow‑up of decisions and actions from meetings
Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to Programme Managers
Coordinate and book travel arrangements, both domestic and international
Plan and organise customer visits and internal events related to our programmes
Disseminate information across programmes and teams, ensuring clear and timely communication
Provide administrative support to personnel within the programmes (e.g. onboarding, distribution lists, documentation handling)
Participate actively in the assistant network across the Business Unit, sharing best practice and ways of working
You will work closely with the Programme Management Office (PMO) Manager and be an integral part of the Programme Management team. You will also have the opportunity to shape and develop the role further based on your skills, experience and interests

You bring
Experience from a similar role as assistant, coordinator or administrator – preferably in a project or programme environment
Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail
Good communication skills, both written and spoken
Solid skills in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) or equivalent tools
Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
