Your role
We are looking for a skilled Business Operations Architect for Saab Group Functions. As an architect, you work closely with all Group Functions and serve as an interface to Group IT. You will also play a crucial role in the collaboration with Saab’s Business Areas to develop our Information Landscape.
In this role, you will work at the intersection of operations, IT and strategy and ensuring that the ongoing change initiatives align with business needs. Your work will be based on Saab’s strategies and enterprise architectural principles. You will act as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions — with a strong focus on capabilities, applications and ways of working
You will be responsible for:
- Maintaining a holistic view of our operational needs and IT alignment within Group Functions
- Developing and maintaining Group Functions capability map
- Coordinate solutions with Group IT and Business Areas
- Actively managing the application portfolio within Group Functions
- Collaborate with Group Functions internal IT representatives, Group IT and Business Areas.
- Ensuring compliance with existing guidelines and principles
- Representing Group Functions in relevant architecture forums
Your profile

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
- Experience in enterprise architecture and working with relevant frameworks
- Strong skills in modelling applications, information flows, and business processes
- Knowledge of global collaboration tools, ways of working, and IT systems
- Familiarity with information management and regulatory requirements, such as export control and information classification
- Excellent communication and change management abilities, with fluency in both Swedish and English
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
