Your role
As our Business Support Specialist, you will be a part of driving our efforts to meet the increased demands on the market in our Market Excellence department, which works as the service hub within our Marketing and Sales department. The environment within our market segment is very dynamic and we need to continuously supervise and adapt to meet the new reality.
In this role you will handle different support tasks and it spans over a wide area of topics.
The main tasks are:
- Coordinating events and exhibitions
- Digitalization of our proposal work and implementation of AI tools
- Bridging our portfolio presentation and offers to the communications department
- Automation of marketing processes
- Coordinate and align our proposals
- Function as M&S department information manager
- CRM support
You will be working in close cooperation with all personnel within our M&S department. There is also a strong need of interaction with our global marketing office and our operating countries all around the world.

You will report to the Head of Marketing and Sales within Business Unit Surface Sensor Solutions. Your placement will be at our Gothenburg site in Sweden and we expect you to travel in this role.
The Marketing and Sales Organization is responsible, not only for the order intake and business development related to the portfolio, but also as stakeholder for marketing communication to support sales efforts and ensure global consistency with regard to product messages. All marketing and sales representatives work in close cooperation with the different Product Units within the BU and other BA/BUs as well as the Saab Group Business Development organization. The everyday work also includes cooperation and dialogue with different government entities.
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
