About the Role
As a Procurement Specialist, you will play a key role in managing procurement activities, building strong supplier partnerships, and supporting strategic sourcing initiatives to ensure operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage medium-complexity procurement processes for materials and services.
- Lead RFQs/RFPs for indirect materials and service contracts.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and delivery schedules.
- Manage purchase orders and supplier performance.
- Support contract administration and renewals.
- Perform Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis to support sourcing decisions.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including Production, Engineering, Finance, and Facilities.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and qualify new suppliers.
- Manage procurement activities related to Facilities services, such as building maintenance, HVAC, cleaning, landscaping, security, and other outsourced services (preferred).
Qualifications
- Experience in Procurement and Supply Chain.
- Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
- Contract management experience.
- Knowledge of Strategic Sourcing and TCO analysis.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, TOTVS, IFS, or similar).
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with procurement KPIs (Savings, Lead Time, Supplier Performance, SLA).
- Understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
- Advanced English.
- Experience with Facilities procurement is a plus.
